YouTube is still way glitchy, but has improved to the point where I can do most things without any issues...

Any idea as to what fixed it?

Seems YouTube keeps changing code around to optimize the new layout...

You just clean all of your browser's cache and then try again. Hope your problem will solved.

It's back to the point where I can't do much of anything except watch videos. I've given up...

That's ridiculous. Does it still say "Click to dismiss this message?" I checked the youtube source and saw no message like that.
