Technofyed

Hi Everyone..

I have an All in One Lexmark X1100 printer. I have a color cartridge in there, it just ran out of ink, so instead of buying a new cartridge, I got a refill kit and did it myself. Now when I try to print something in black, it turns out green. I thought I didn't have enough magenta, so I put more and that didn't fix the problem. I tried cleaning it and it still hasn't helped. All the colors seem to be off now. What can I do?

Stay away from refill kits. I would try a new cartridge.

I second that. You might have to take it to a technician to have it cleaned out.
