Yes it is but it is not practical either & even dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. Did you read the fine print at the beginning of the video?

That makes no sense at all. The only way those people where able to do this was to pour over a hundred gallons liquid nitrogen/hydrogen onto the processor otherwise it would have fried the CPU. Now you can't seriously be telling me that you have your processor over clocked by that much because it isn't practical. In addition most motherboards wouldn't let a processor be over clocked that much anyway without shutting down.
We do not recommend this at all!!!
Not to mention he said it's a DELL laptop... Hahaha...
