As the title say What do you want to see in Vista SP1?
Me I want it to not matter(in gaming) if you have UAC on or off & an easier way to turn off Aero.
Vista SP 1? Dude they've already released 2 [earlier this year]. Did you not know that? Are you talking about windows 7?
UAC can be turned off. I think a big issue when it comes to UAC is that people don't know or understand why its there and therefore they don't appreciate it. That subsequently leads to them using it incorrectly and being annoyed by it. I would go deeper into this but I don't have time now.

Vista SP3 perhaps but not SP1 or win7 SP1 (then he'd post the thread wrong place).
