My first was a compaq with windows 95. Had a pentium MMX processor oh I tell you.

350 mhz. My first was either 250 or 266. My second was a 450 mhz P3. Both free.

I'm actually still using my first computer, which is the one I'm posting from right now. It's still running like new, although I've reinstalled XP 2 or 3 times.

64MB of RAM is all you'll ever need!! Haha, gotta love it.

I built my 1st computer in 1996 & it had 64mb of memory. That was a lot back then, off the shelf most pc's only had 16 mb.

Even further back, I remember a friend bumming $50 from me because his 4mb upgrade (on his 386!) was $200.

Yeah, thats very expensive. Considering I got Kingston Hyperx 4Gb DDR2 1066Mhz for £45 lol
