I've never been too particularly fond of the EasyShares for some reason, but it looks like a good value for your money.

My Kodak point and click takes decent photographs, but in general sony, samsung, and nikon make better point and click cameras. I'm sure you can find one for around the same price. I would say a slightly older, thus cheaper, Sony Cybershot would be good for you.

I really like the Cannon PowerShot A590 IS.

It has reduced blur, the face detection technology with 8 MP camera. Video quality is great, but the more advanced features could added.It 8.2 megapixel 3x zoom image capture full sharpness.The greatly helps achieve this goal. Photos and video can be viewed on any HD device such as HDTV.

I have my camera for several weeks now and i jut love it! Excellent quality! Great pictures!
