matt or matthew doesn't really matter to me i hate when people aske me that cause i don't care and people usally make a big deal out of it when i tell them it doesn't matter lol
well some people are picky about their name being shortened (or expanded) including me so I'd thought I'd ask instead of assume.
thats cool i repects peoples way. anyways you gotta name townsbg or is that not something you hand out
So, Matthew (I'll call you Matthew and GT4AWD Matt Tongue), is there anything else we should know about you?

depends on what it is you want to know main thing that i can tell you is that i'm here to help you guys market this thing and rake in as many people as we can theres a saying go big or don't go at all but i beleive that the truly great things start small and end big
Yes, you have to start somewhere. My vision for this forum was to make this the first place people go for computer help. People could come here before calling their computer manufacturer's customer support. They can get all of their answers to their computer problems in one spot.

The only bad part is that were just a fourm though and we can't really walk people through all problems as they could on the phone. which i've thought of some stuff that i don't really feel like typing it all out but i wannna talk to you about it when we go back to school.
That is true, but on a forum you can get help from not one person, but a group of people putting their minds together towards the common goal of fixing your problem.

You are right that there are positives and negatives to using a forum for help. The negatives are that you might have to wait for a reply and that you have to do it yourself.

The positives are that it is usually free where as for live help you will probably have to pay unless the help is covered by somekind of warranty.
