You don't understand, TO play Crysis at an average spec with a playable frame rate you need at least a Quad Core Q6600 and a GTX8800 Ultra or GTS250, Even if you have an amazing graphics cards like 4x GTX295 then all that will happen is your CPU will bottleneck and the game wont run. You need a good CPU and GPU equally to play it and your GPU is ok but your processor needs a total upgrade.
I would have to change motherboards to use the new AMD processors. I don't think there is socket 939 dual core. From what I remember that single core 3.2GHZ was the best processor available until they switched to socket AM3. That would be a great upgrade, and that CPU shouldn't be too expensive now...

There where some socket 939 dual cores however 939s have been discontinued. About the time the 939 was discontinued I found a dual core on new egg for $60. I think that it was a $300 processor at the time that I built my computer. Even though they have been discontinued perhaps you could find one on ebay.

I'm sure it's capable of supplying the power required for the graphics card. In the future I'll be going with a higher wattage PSU. Around the 800watt range.
The 2.2ghz AMD in my computer isn't dual core. It's a single core 939 socket CPU. From what I remember the fastest 939 CPU is a 3.2GHZ single core. Shouldn't be too expensive now...
I believe that if you want your computer to last & be sufficient your hardware needs to exceed & not barely meet the requirments. Once you start to add other devices your demand will increase so why not make sure that it is sufficient now???!!! You do want your computer to be able to perform as it needs to & today's games are resource intensive.
I agree with that.

a quick question .
how you are running SATA drive and DVD player separately ?
Yes, I believe I connected two separate lines from the PSU instead of a single split connection. I've got around three to spare with the very limited accessories I'm running.
Everything is the same...
In market there are different diffrent types of graphics cards are available.
I am always use the Nvidia graphics card for use the computer game.
You always need to make sure you have more than recommended just in case, but said the 475 specifications for a particular PC. Like my card has a minimum of 630W, but most people agree with the Core i7 PCs. My card draw 180W at full load so you will draw a lot less so you should be good, I would not worry, but next time I will certainly be better to upgrade the power supply.
