I think as a computer site we should start a review section for Games, PC Hardware etc. I have made two reviews for games and I'm gonna make more so check them out and see what you think.

You made Reviews, How about posting a link to them so people can find them when they read this post. Idea
I'm going to add a few forums after the VT - Alabama game A Review forum will be one of them. By the way, go Hokies!
I was thinking about posting a link to some software that I wrote (or am writing, it's almost finished Tongue ) for review.

Would this be allowed?
If you're asking for suggestions for your software and it doesn't cost anything to try, it's fine. Just post it in the reviews section when I get it up.
Done. Topic closed.
Closed yes, but I think we need to discuss downloads more. How will we ensure everything is virus free? One sure way is that the file must be submitted to http://www.downloads.com first.
Well this isn't the downloads thread Matt, but everything would have to go through me first, and I could submit the file to online virus scanners and such.

EDIT: Let me clarify what I meant there.

Just mentioning that it was kind of a change in topic.

That bit was a direct response to

Also, the only way to add a download is through the admin control panel.

About submitting to download.com, that would kind of defeat the purpose of having a downloads section. Why download from us when they can get the exact same thing at download.com just as easily?
