Technofyed

My situation maybe different, because my business is my income. But I hate when someone gets a 2nd opinion, & then gets the repair done from the 2nd place.

Me : My suggestion would be to replace the motherboard
Customer : sounds awfully expensive

Customer to 2nd place : They think it's the motherboard
2nd place : probably right

Customer : Hey you were right! Thanks for the troubleshooting.

Grr

Well at the time I told her "I don't feel like I can be absolutely sure it's the motherboard" because I didn't have too much confidence in my laptop repair experience. She didn't get it repaired, she just bought a new laptop.

What became of the old one?

I'm not sure. I just gave it back to her.

I think Laptop screen will be dead
