Technofyed

I'm trying to show a powerpoint slideshow but when I connect my projector to my computer the screen is cut off on what the projector shows. It shows everything but the right side of the screen. Everything works on the computer. It seems to run off of the side so you can't see the time and some of the little pictures. I tried using those buttons on the computer to change the screen back and forth but it didn't work so then I tried changing the zoom and that didn't help either. Can somebody help me?

What type of computer and projector do you have?

I have a HP netbook laptop and an In Focus projector.

With a netbook, you could have resolution problems between that tiny thing and the projector. Try changing the screen resolution by right-clicking in an empty area on the desktop, clicking properties, clicking the settings tab, then move the slider to the left and click apply.
