I don't think the current background we have is bad, but I do believe it could be better. I am thinking of something black with green smoke or something over it, kind of like the logo.

That would be a good change. Wasn't the background solid black at first? I don't like this one...

No, it wasn't. The default MyBB background is white I think, and I think the current background was the default with this theme. I haven't changed a background on either theme.

I need some more input on this. The votes are tied for changing and not changing the background.

What did you have in mind?

Something dark. Probably like black with a green fog or something like the logo?

Nice of you to not comment on the over laying background I shared with you, I could have come up with others but I wont waist my time any more. don't really care what you do with it now.

Sorry about that Zombie. I don't see how the overlay background would work. Plus I don't see how we could pull off a medieval look on a tech forum.

You don't have to attack me. I just forgot to reply to a post of yours. I probably saw it at school and had to get off of the computer because of class starting. When I look for new posts, I use the indicators at the left of the forums where the image changes. If I open the topic and think I'm going to reply to it later, I might not remember it.

Same thing happens to me. Sometimes I don't feel like replying, but do want to read new posts. When I go back to reply they are a lot harder to find without the indicators being lit up...

Instead of discussing whether or not you should change it & have us vote on a change why don't you change it and then we can vote on the change.

I wasn't Attacking your failure to acknowledge my post,. . .well maybe a little. I was attacking your ability to blow off my Idea's with out any discussion or giving me a chance to show more examples. I believe you intentionally ignored my post cause you weren't interested in what I was suggesting and didn't want to under take the task of creating an over lapping background of any kind. Your unwillingness to change any of the bland generic icons would suggest the same. But hey, its your board - do what you want... just remember I'm not the only one that has voiced their opinion about this subject.

It's not that I didn't want to undertake it. I would be glad to, when I get time. What I am concerned about is how it would look and how I could actually do it and get it to work in all browsers.

Unwillingness? Have there been any suggestions so far about the icons? If so, please link me to them, because I must have missed them. I thought that for the most part they look good as they are.
