I know a lot of people out there have forums, and a lot of people look for forum posting to help increase the activity of the forum, hopefully attracting new visitors. My question would be what is the best forum posting service out there right now? Not necessarily price wise, but in general.

Those aren't posting services. They are different types of forum software.

From an administration aspect, I like phpbb the best. There are certain features that other forums have that I wish phpbb had but overall I like phpbb better.

I would agree with you, but forum posting services are companies you can hire to post on your forum to increase activity. MyBB and vBulletin are different types of forum software.
