Section A: Definitions

This document will refer to this forum, TechnoFyed.com, and its staff as "the/site site", "us", "we", "TechnoFyed", "the staff", and "the forum". The users shall be referred to as "users", "visitors", and "members". From this point forward, the aforementioned terms can and are used interchangeably.

Section B: Limitation of Liability

The forum is comprised of staff and visitors alike. While we will do our best to provide accurate, helpful information, we cannot ensure the validity of every single member's input in support requests. The validity of the information provided on this site is fully dependent upon the member posting the support. Therefore, TechnoFyed can be in NO WAY held responsible for ANY information any of our members provide. The information used and action taken by the user in an attempt to repair, upgrade, or otherwise modify an electronic device is fully up to their discretion. Technofyed Forums, the forum staff, and members are hereby exempt from liability from any harm that could result from following any suggested procedures.

Some members may from time to time attempt to post bogus, misleading, or malicious advice on the forum. While the forum staff tries its best to remove any such intentionally malicious guidance, we cannot ensure the validity of ANY advice. The forum user should use discretion to determine which advice to follow.

Section C: Forum Rules

The user hereby agrees to read and follow all forum rules as outlined at http://www.technofyed.com/showthread.php?tid=24. These rules are subject to change at any time.

Section D: Agreement

Usage (defined as posting, reading, visiting, or other usage of the services) of TechnoFyed Forums binds the user to this agreement. Any violation of this agreement can result in suspension or termination of service to the user.
